Keyhold BeaconBot stores only the information needed to run Discord whitelist verification and server administration workflows.
- Discord user IDs and server IDs used for whitelist records.
- Minecraft/Xbox gamertags and, where Microsoft/Xbox verification is enabled, the verified Xbox XUID returned by Microsoft/Xbox services.
- Whitelist request status, staff approval history, and audit events.
- Server connector settings such as Crafty URLs and encrypted/secured deployment secrets as configured by the server operator.
Keyhold BeaconBot does not sell user data. Server operators are responsible for managing their own Discord server, Crafty credentials, and data backups.
